West Palm Beach is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and West Palm Beach follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I purchased a programmed PCM from this company in November for approximately $700. Because I was completing other repairs, I did not install it until January/February. The vehicle initially ran correctly, but after about 250 miles it began setting multiple trouble codes and eventually went into limp mode while my daughter was driving to karate. That was both a safety concern and completely unacceptable. Before contacting the company, I spent days diagnosing the problem. I am a former Honda technician, so I thoroughly ruled out other causes before concluding the PCM was at fault. The company required me to return the original PCM at my expense before sending another. The replacement immediately produced the same codes plus a U1120 code. A third PCM would start and run the vehicle, but it still set U1120 for a missing ABS signalβeven though my vehicle was never equipped with ABS. Instead of investigating, I was told their records showed my vehicle had ABS and was essentially led to believe the problem was mine. Eventually I was told another PCM would not help and that I should find someone locally to reprogram it. I then had the vehicle professionally scanned with advanced diagno

Unreliable company. They do not honor their commitments. We paid a week ago, but they keep giving us the runaround. They say the item is available, we drive there to pick it up, and then it turns out nothing is available. Very poor communication. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody gives clear answers, and the issue is still unresolved. Payment was made, but we still have no product. I do not recommend this company.

I purchased an actuator for a Freightliner M2 for my company, Quality Insulation, in March. It worked for two weeks and then died. I called and left 3 voice messages, sent two emails thru their contact and two thru their tech support. No one got back to me.

I paid over a thousand dollars after tax for an ECU from these guys. The ECU would throw codes 55 and 52 like clockwork, these indicate no knock sensor signal to the ECU. As per AllData, I replaced both knock sensors, and even ran new shielded wire directly to the ECU for them. I didn't want to believe it the ECU I purchased from this company was the problem, but it was the only option left on the diagnostic process on AllData. This is for a long-term project car of mine, not a daily driver. I spent a good amount of time chasing this problem, replacing the knock sensors multiple times with OEM parts, running the new shielded wire, and testing different knock sensors as AllData instructs. Left with no other option, I opened the ECU myself. Inside I found one of the boards was missing screws, one of the missing screws was for a grounding trace to the case itself. There was also a few pieces of lose metal, probably cut from the ends of the replacement capacitors, inside the case. These are major issues, and show they have no pride in the work they do. If the ECU came in missing hardware, why wouldn't you replace it? The mixed hardware they used to hold the case together when I got t

These guys are straight scammers. I ordered a FICM for our duramax. Paid $2133.00 including the core/shipping fee of $255. It lasted less than 2 months with only 250 miles and quit. Contacted them and they refused to talk to me until I sent the core in. When I informed them we had no core they told me I had no warranty. And then refuse to respond back to me by email. I call and the guy on the phone claims heβs just a messenger and that I have to communicate by email, which they wonβt respond to. They stole $2133 from me and I will also leave a bad review with eBay as well. Donβt blow your hard earned money on these unprofessionals.
